Literary Competition Prize Giving

The prizes were presented by Dr David Starkey

The literary competition linked to the Festival covers three age categories:

11-14, 15-18 and 19-22; and two classes: poetry and prose.

 

Entries to the competition have been submitted on one of the following themes:

All’s fair in love and war (Forrest)

A thing is not necessarily true because a man dies for it (Wilde)

Peace hath her victories no less renowned than war (Milton)
